The way you contact helpdesk support is changing
The ePAD helpdesk portal that has been in use for a number of years is now being retired and ARU staff need to ensure that they contact ePAD helpdesk support via the following channel:
When you login to Ask ARU as a member of staff you should see this landing page, simply click on the MyProgress Query tile to raise a ticket with the MyProgress Admin Support team.
