The way you contact helpdesk support is changing
The ePAD helpdesk portal that has been in use for a number of years is now being retired and students need to ensure that they contact ePAD helpdesk support via the following channel:
Ask ARU is an online support portal for all current Anglia Ruskin University students. It acts as a central hub where students can ask questions about any aspect of university life, including academic support, wellbeing, careers, and facilities.
The portal complements the iCentre, which is the University’s in-person help desk, and ensures students can get assistance whenever they need it – whether they’re on campus or studying from home.
To contact the MyProgress (ePAD) support team, and get specialist advice relating to your ePAD, simply click the link below:
Under What is your question about? simply select ‘Technical Support’, followed by ‘ePAD’ from the drop-down menus, then click ‘No, I still need to ask a question’ and ask your question in the text box provided. This will ensure your ticket is directly routed to the MyProgress (ePAD) support team. Please give us as much information as possible including screenshots if possible.
