Students and ARU Staff

Your password for MyProgress will always be the same as the one used to login to other ARU University systems so, in theory, you should never need to remember it when logging into your ePAD/eMORA. If you find that you're unable to sign-in contact ARU IT Support for assistance, DO NOT click the 'Forgot your password' link on the sign in page as your password is managed by the University and you cannot change it in MyProgress.


Practice Partner Staff

If you've forgotten your password, navigate to the login page, see image below:



To reset your password, click 'Forgot your password?' 


Then, enter your work email address and click 'Send verification code'



You should receive an email with a code, see example below:


Enter the code (circled above) into the 'Verification code' box:

Click 'Verify code'

Your email will be verified, click 'Continue':

Enter your new password in the 'New Password' box and repeat in 'Confirm New Password', then click 'Continue'.

You should then be taken to your MyProgress Dashboard automatically.
