Navigate to the login page, see image below:

To reset your password, click 'Forgot your password?' 

Then, enter your email address, see image below:

For Students, this means your University email address in the format

For ARU staff, this means using your University work email account in the format

For External colleagues, this means using your work email account, e.g.,

Click 'Send verification code'

You should receive an email with a code, see example below:

Enter the code (circled above) into the 'Verification code' box:

Click 'Verify code'

Your email will be verified, click 'Continue':

Enter your new password in the 'New Password' box and repeat in 'Confirm New Password', then click 'Continue'.

You should then be taken to your ePAD page automatically.
