Some forms - in particular, the midpoint assessments, final assessments and OAR cannot be completed on the student account. To find out who can complete a form - hover over the yellow ' Available to other users button'. You will see that for the midpoint assessment below this must be completed on a Practice Assessor or Practice Supervisor account. You will not be able to complete this on your student account, using your student login details.
Your Practice assessor/Practice Supervisor must login in to their account using their username and password and then they will be able to complete it.
NOTE: The 'Complete new' button does not appear on your ePAD until the placement is live. Your ePAD will go live on the first day of your placement. Before this day you will see the ePAD template but not the live version so you won't be able to complete any assessments.
