When you open up a form you get a preview of that form. You are not able to type on the preview. To be able to complete the form you need to click on the blue 'Complete new' button. This will open up a drop-down box which you will be able to complete.
NOTE: The 'Complete new' button does not appear on your ePAD until the placement is live. Your ePAD will go live on the first day of your placement. Before then you will see the ePAD template but not the live version so you won't have any drop-down boxes and will be unable to complete/write on any of the assessments.
