Outage - At around 09:50 today (24/05/2023) there was a brief site-wide outage, where users could not log in or access their ePADs. This was quickly resolved; with the sites being back after a few minutes. The outage was caused by an unexpected APIGateway update. We apologise for any inconvenience.
This article will be updated, mainly when there are any un-planned site outages experienced by customers, but we will also include any performance related updates.
For site outages, we will endeavour to add root cause and resolution(s), along with any expected timescales (where possible).
