We have been informed that some students and mentors are experiencing problems in accessing the assessments from the computers at Royal Papworth Hospital and have identified both the issue and the solution. 

The computers have two log in levels – the generic ward log in and staff individual log in. 

  • The generic ward based log in blocks the correct use of Myprogress (it has a much deeper firewall) but the staff log in doesn’t block access to the website or assessments. 
  • When completing assessments in the ward area it is essential that the mentor has logged into the computer using their own personal log in details, this will eliminate access issues.
