To synchronise the Myprogress app, all you have to do is tap the ⭮ icon in the top right corner of the screen.
TroubleshootingSometimes you won't be able to synchronise your app, this is usually because:
- You're not connected to Wi-Fi - Please follow our guide on connecting to Wi-Fi for additional guidance.
- If the app logs you out midway through a synchronisation - Please sign in and try again, to prevent this from happening please follow our guide for preventing the app from automatically logging out.
There's a problem with the App - Please raise a support ticket.
