If the website (and Myprogress platform) are down, please follow the steps outlined in this article.


  • Don't Panic - If the platform is down completely, we'll automatically give you a 24 hour deadline on any summative assessments.
  • Report It - Please raise a support ticket. Even if the issue has already been reported this'll help us understand how widespread the problem is and help us work out what the problem is. Also it won't do any harm to also report it to the IT services wherever you're reporting from. 
  • Keep Trying - If the problem's temporary, it could be resolved very quickly, in which case, we need to know. So please (if convenient) keep trying to refresh the webpage and let us know if it suddenly starts working again

Doing these three things will help us to quickly determine the source of the problem and to resolve it for all affected users.
