There's plenty of online training and information available for you. You can find it under the Training Videos section of this helpdesk. There are also several guides on how to use specific functions of the Samsung tablets, the Myprogress app and the web interface which can be found under their specific sections. All of these resources are searchable and when you're reading an article or creating a support ticket, related articles are suggested automatically. 

However, if you can't find an article about a specific issue, you can't find a guide, or you'd like extra information in one of our existing articles, all you need to do is create a ticket (make sure you select "Request Training" and then "Request a new/changes to an article" in the box marked "Please select the general area of the issue you're having:") and include details about the feature you want guidance for.
