To add the helpdesk icon to your Android Device, follow these steps.


  1. Open Chrome by finding it in the 'Apps' menu
  2. Go to https://angliasea.freshdesk.com
  3. Tap on the plus (+) icon or on the button marked "New Support Ticket"
  4. Tap on the overflow menu (three dots in top right of screen) 
  5. Select "Add to homescreen"
  6. Tap "Add"


To add the helpdesk icon to your Apple Device, follow these steps.


  1. Open Safari by finding it in the 'Apps' menu
  2. Go to https://angliasea.freshdesk.com
  3. Tap on the plus (+) icon or on the button marked "New Support Ticket"
  4. Tap on the overflow menu (square with upward arrow in top left of screen)
  5. Select "Add to homescreen"
  6. Tap "Add"
