The most likely cause of this problem is that you saved your assessment as a draft on the wrong device. Drafts saved on a mobile device do not appear on the website and drafts saved on the website do not appear on mobile devices. If you saved something as a draft on your mobile device, it can be found in the 'Drafts' section in the left hand side menu (accessed by tapping the three horizontal lines in the left hand corner). If you saved a draft on the web interface, it can be found as part of the assessment listing in the "Assessments" page (see below).
